The Island

The Island, an award winning short film that my collaborator and I created during a weekend at South Padre Island. The elements were against us with this project but we prevailed and I was awarded a scholarship for this behemoth of a short. Enjoy.

The CFSI Team speaks with Chef Larry Delgado about his commitment to RGV's local farmers & growers.

The UTRGV Campus Food Security Initiative (CFSI) is a unique and innovative model that promotes peer-to-peer engagement and collaboration to address a systemic issue, like food insecurity, by creating easy access to locally grown and sourced fresh produce and plant-powered food.

Social media accounts managed by the office of PEWD are leveraged for sharing CFSI related content. The Delgado Collective in McAllen, TX was selected by our CFSI student team, for their unique mission to serve the RGV population with wholesome and delicious plant-powered food and for supporting local growers. Enjoy.

“I’m Good”

A project for my Multimedia Storytelling class. This short was shot over a weekend during an intense thunderstorm and finals. Creating this project made me realize how much I missed making short films. Enjoy.

To Collect a Sample

This short film was created with the intentions of being selected for a one minute short film contest. Although we were not selected, it was made with a lot of love. My team and I are so proud of this project. Enjoy.
